At M.J. Bale, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your items, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all full-priced products, provided they remain in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is unworn and unwashed.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized postal location or scheduled pickup point and keep your tracking number until your refund is processed.
